EGYPT:
She has a lot of history, spanning back from 2 to 6000 years back. The last two millenniums, Egypt has been ruled by non-Egyptians. It got independence from the English in the 1930ties.

HURGHADA:
Coastal city started out as a fishing village before it was discovered by backpackers ond divers. Now a city with 200 000 inhabitants and some 60 000 tourists every year.

THE PEOPLE:
Muslims and as such they despise you since you don't believe in their twisted form of religion. They are friendly only because they can cheat you out of your money. They are hateful and antagonistic deep down. Even though there are some exception like Jamal, Amir and Hoda. But the majority is like Samir that uses the system in his adopted country and really just hate you.

COMMENTS:
There is 4 main reasons to visit Egypt:

  1. The weather, Always nice and warm.

  2. The Red Sea. A fantastic place to dive and do some snorkeling.

  3. It is reasonable. Martin paid € 200,- for the one week trip. But the stay in the hotel at the airport cost € 120,- alone.

  4. The history of ancient Egypt. During the last 2000 years, other people but the Egyptians, have ruled Egypt.

The Nile is the world's biggest sewer. Crap from 25 million people end up in this river, untreated. One sip of this stew rushes you dangerously close to death.

And since Cairo has no rubbish collection, the city grows 4 meters every millennium on its own filth. A great place for rats.
