Martin T. to the left had pleasant and energetic trip to Crete during the period above doing the dance with www.komogdans.no from Norway. This is Martin's 4th visit with KomOgDans to Crete. He participated in this week of dancing in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

We stayed at the Blue Star Ibiscos Garden hotel situated as shown to the left. It is situated at Rethymno and you can read all about it here.
To the left you have an overview of Crete. The thumbnail is linked to the web where you can get up more details. The map is divided in an Western, Central and Eastern part of the island. We stayed at Rethymno at the Northern coast towards the West.

Martin left his house at night, a chilly, wet night. His street is seen here.

Then he was waiting for the bus to take him to the railway station.
The railway station was also wet and miserable.

Martin settled in for the wait.
Then he arrived at the airport.

Having a beer before crashing on the bench next to him.
