Martin T. to the left had pleasant and energetic trip to Crete during the period above doing the dance with www.komogdans.no from Norway.

We stayed at the Blue Star Ibiscos Garden hotel situated as shown to the left. It is situated at Rethymno and you can read all about it here.

To the left you have an overview of Crete. The thumbnail is linked to the web where you can get up more details. The map is divided in an Western, Central and Eastern part of the island. We stayed at Rethymno at the Northern coast towards the West.

Departure

Martin was driven by his trusted lodger, GoldiLocks to the railway station and then the train to Oslo airport some 200 kms from WestWood.
To the left are the red cars of the inhabitants of Westwood. From the left, BOWs new red Citroen, Goldilocks company car and Martin's Yaris.

Goldilocks or JAP is taking Martin to the railway station in Tønsberg.

At 2200 at night, the sun has just set. The airy lights of the approaching train is seen,

Than after two hours, Martin arrived at Oslo airport Gardemoen and then the lift up two floors to get to the departure lounge.

Check in opened at 00540 so it was ample time for a nap. And Martin is good at napping.  

The following day, Friday May 6th, Martin spent the day settling in, swimming 2000 meters, tanning for 4 hours and dancing for one.
